Refund policy
Returns Overview
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final on lingerie, intimate apparel, adult toys, novelties, personal massagers, and other intimate-use products.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, worn, washed, or intimate products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligible Returns
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The incorrect item was shipped
- The item is unopened, unused, and still sealed in original packaging (subject to approval)
All approved return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Lingerie
- Bodysuits
- Hosiery
- Underwear
- Adult toys
- Intimate products
- Novelty items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened or used products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
If approved, we may replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of refund policies may result in refusal of future service and/or legal action.
